Conveniently located just 2 blocks to the resort stylar pool you can Easly walk to enjoy a refreshing swim and unlike other homes in the neighborhood, the free in season beach tram stops right outside outdoor- no need to lug the provided beach chairs and umbrella to stops far away. Our home boasts new cabinetry, fresh paint, shiplap and smart TV's throughout the house with a large screen TV in the living area for your favorite sports or movie night. The living area with French doors open to the back screened porch, extending your living space for a BBQ on the weber grill or games on the high top! The back of our home has access to the walking trail leading you right into the Seacrest village, the town of Rosemary Beach or a quick bike ride or walk to Alys beach and all that the villages have to offer. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. On the first floor is a coastal Master with ensuite bath with tub/shower and offers peaceful rest on a brand-new mattress. The second oversized master suite may be found on the second floor with access to a private screened porch for relaxation and reading and overlooks nature in the back of the home with ensuite bath, soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom provides 2 sets of bunk beds- full beds on the bottom and single on top offering additional sleeping space for 6 and the fourth bedroom provides a relaxing queen bed retreat. These 2 bedrooms share a bath with a shower/tub combination, and each has a set of French doors leading to an open air second floor porch to enjoy morning coffee or sunset.
