Location is a quiet, peaceful community in close proximity via I 77 to Akron, Cleveland, Canton & RT 18 to Medina. Private guest space is a 2nd floor bedroom, full bathroom & loft area. First floor space is a full kitchen, laundry room & patio that is shared with the Host who resides on site. Host (Chris) is an easy going quiet person that works varying hours at the University of Akron. Chris is available when onsite or anytime by text. The space Your exclusive guest space is the entire 2nd floor. It is newly carpeted & renovated with new & nearly new furnishings.. The Host (& his cat) live there full time & the floor plan is such that you may see his 1st floor living space from the loft. Parking for one car is directly across from the front entry. If more than one vehicle please discuss parking prior to check in. This community is extremely quiet, free from noise, traffic & loud music. Please respect that & keep it peaceful as you come & go. Guest access Entire 2nd floor is exclusive guest space. 1st floor kitchen, laundry & patio are shared. During your stay Host is always available by text if not there in person.
