Tequila Sunset Family Beach House - Pet Friendly

This property is pet friendly. A complete breakaway. Relax in this peaceful home, steps from the beach. Sea views from the top lounge & balcony, green meadows from the backyard and BBQ area. Fully fenced private front and back yard with plenty of onsite secure parking. Bed linen and Bath Towels will be placed at the end of the beds. Guests are required to make the beds. Air-conditioning upstairs and down plus a wood fire burner. This home has a fully equipped kitchen & Amenity starter kit. The space Best suited to groups up to 8 but can sleep 10 at a squeeze. Pet Friendly upon owners discretion - There will be a $50 surcharge/stay *Linen & bath towels supplied (Beach towels not included) *We do not provide an axe for the firewood. The House has kitchen, dining, lounge, 2 bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry downstairs. Going up the spiral staircase you will be embraced by the ambiences of natural light, space and a relaxing setting. There is a large deck facing the sea and master bedroom with ensuite and private patio. The front yard has a swing in the tree (recommended for small children only) and plenty of room for children to run around. The spacious private back yard has a pergola, rural views with farm animals. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, excluding the 2 locked cupboards. **Beach Access: To find the track down to the beach, cross the road from the property and turn left. Head in the direction where there is a clearing for visitors parking and continue straight ahead towards the walking track. You will find an unlocked gate and through this gate, is access to the beach. Children enjoy exploring the walking track. I advise parental supervision at all times. **There is private parking on the property for up to 3 vehicles. Please don't park on the lawn. We provide a hard cover manual that has lots of suggestions for local entertainment. Other things to note *If it is Tuesday or Wednesday that you are checking out, please put the outdoor bins out on the side of the road for Wednesday early morning collection. Observe where neighbours have placed their bins. *Webber uses gas bottle (NOT FIRE WOOD). *Gas bottle is found in the cupboard under the staircase, in the games room. *Pet Friendly upon owners discretion - There will be a $50 pet fee surcharge/stay for up to 2 pets. *We recommend in the winter months, that you bring or purchase firewood and light a fire in the fireplace, as this assists in warming the upstairs level. *Axe not provided. You are required to make the beds. *Linen & bath towels supplied & left on the ends of beds (Beach towels not included) *The upstair TV only plays videos - Downstairs 55" TV has Netflix & Prime. There is no free to air TV in this rural area. *I'm told that the land base fishing is pretty good but you didn't hear that local secret from me. *Stays longer that 3 weeks require a 'Mid Stay' clean at an extra cost of $275, if you'd like a full linen turnover as well, the cleaning fee will be $350 -The house will be fully cleaned, sanitised with fresh bed linen and towels supplied. *If you intend on using the cot, please bring your own baby linen. *Front yard swing. Suitable for small toddlers only, under adult supervision. Use at own risk as branch strength can never be guaranteed. *Please note that the spa bath has inlets and outlets. Please be mindful not to lean up against these, as there is suction much the same as a bath plug hole has suction. *This is the country life and we rely on rain water. Please conserve water. *The kitchen has a filter on the cold water tap for drinking. Use this filter tap for filling the kettle when making a cuppa. There is also a water filter jug in the main fridge. **NOTE: Don't use the toaster, jug or microwave all at the same time, otherwise they will trip the power out. There is a re-set switch on a power board found behind the main kitchen microwave, if this happens. *Once the Starter pack of amenities have been used, guests are required to shop for their own basic essentials. *If bringing pets, please be aware that this property is not Securely fenced. Although it is fully fenced, a dog could easily get through the standard farm/paddock wire fencing out the backyard.
