Nestled into a quiet neighborhood with a park at the end of the street, this house features its own pool and a variety of activities for when you feel like spending the night in. Just 3.9 miles from the most beautiful beaches on the gulf, guests will enjoy helping themselves to our coffee bar, playing on the arcade machine, and relaxing with a wide selection of movies, and a collection of board games. Your hosts lives next door and we are excited to meet you! The space This 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath home has it's own pool, a tv/game room, designated laundry room, and a well appointed kitchen. Your hosts live next door and we are happy to introduce you to our miniature Japanese chickens, give you tips about local restaurants and favorite beaches, or answer any other questions you might have. Guest access This entirety of this fully furnished home is yours during your vacation to Fort Walton Beach, FL. Please carefully read through our rules and policies before booking your stay. Other things to note A quick note before booking... Hello from your hosts! We are excited to welcome you to the beautiful town of Fort Walton Beach and share our home with you. Please be aware this is our family's home. We hope you will treat our home and neighbors with the same respect you would treat your own. We will stay out of your hair, but we do live directly next door. Please note that that we have a strict maximum occupancy of 6. This home will not suit your needs if you intend to host parties or add extra guests. If an occupant allows more guests than is reflected on the reservation, they will be evicted without refund. Please remember we only allow 2 cars in the driveway. Please note, there is no smoking or vaping indoors. If smoking outdoors, please do so with all windows and doors shut. We would love if you sent us a message with the nature of your visit. Sometimes we like to customize and add special touches when we know about an event you are celebrating.
