MAIN DESCRIPTION Located at the gates of the crystalline waters of Porto Istana, Marina Maria and Porto Taverna, known in the area for their incredible natural beauties, Myrsine 9D is a well-kept apartment set on 2 floors (ground floor / basement with windows), located in the residential complex of the same name, with fabulous views of the Marina Maria bay. About 60 square meters large and detached on two sides, the apartment features a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with single beds, two bathrooms with shower, covered outdoor veranda with garden and view of the bay, reserved parking space, for a total of 6 sleeps. Among amenities available: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, oven. Marina Maria beach can be reached by bicycle and is only 4 minutes away. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION The entrance of the apartment leads to the small living with kitchenette equipped with gas burners, fridge / freezer, oven, air conditioning, spiral staircase leading to the basement with windows. The covered veranda with garden, equipped with a table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending a pleasant evening with friends. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and respective bathrooms: on the ground floor double bedroom with bathroom (shower) and air conditioning, on the lower floor (basement with French windows / windows overlooking an atrium) bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single beds, bathroom (shower).A private parking space is located at the foot of the building. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
