Villa Rumanin is located on the hills between Rapallo and Camogli, a perfect place to explore the Riviera and to relax in the silence and tranquility of nature. This charming villa of recent construction is equipped with all comforts, immersed in a large green park with private pool and garden. Children will love playing in the vast garden that surrounds the villa, at their disposal they will find a bowling alley, a football, shooting with darts and ping pong. The space Lo Spazio This beautiful two-story villa is divided as follows: Indoor spaces: Upstairs: - Living room consisting of sofa and tv. -Lunch area with table for 6 people. -Kitchen equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and dishwasher. -Bathroom with sink and toilet. Lower Floor: -Bedroom 1 consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. -Bedroom 2 consisting of a double bed, closet and direct access to the garden. -Bedroom 3 consisting of a double bed, closet and direct access to the garden. -Bathroom 1 consisting of sink, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower. -Bathroom 2 (located inside the third bedroom) consisting of sink, toilet, bidet and shower. - Sauna apartment consisting of sauna, walk-in shower and relaxation area. Outdoor Spaces: Upper deck - Pool view with direct access from the kitchen, consisting of a large dining table and relaxation area with sofas. -Great garden view area with sofas and umbrella. -Pool with deckchairs, umbrellas and BBQ area. Lower Floor - Large garden bordering all bedrooms. THE POOL, UNHEATED, IS OPEN AND USABLE FROM APRIL 18 TO OCTOBER 1. The property is located in a large private park where at a distance of about 50 meters there is another property reserved for other guests (Villa Sàrvia). The villas are not divided by gates or palisades but visually by vegetation. Each villa has its own privacy, its own large private garden and its own private swimming pool. In the park there is a playground with a bowling alley, a football, darts and ping pong. The area is shared with Villa Sàrvia. Private parking, reserved for up to 2 cars per villa is adjacent to the property. The entrance gate for the cars and the parking area are shared with another property (Villa Sàrvia) also reserved for other guests. Other things to note The road that leads to the villa, about 200m (shared with only 6 other properties) is a single road and a bit steep, the last section of about 30 meters is dirt but in excellent condition. The road is regulated by a traffic light. It is an absolutely usable road for every experienced driver and not, but for fairness we prefer to report this detail. Access to van or minibuses is not recommended. Check-in is by appointment from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, we kindly ask guests to let us know their arrival time a few days in advance. Our staff will greet you in person For check in after 20:00 an additional cash price will be required: after 20:00€20,00, from 22 to 23:00 €40,00. Check-in after 11:00 p.m. is not allowed. Upon arrival, the mandatory accommodation tax will be required to be paid in cash (€2.50 per day per person excluding children under 15 years of age). Minors under the age of 23 are not allowed unless they are accompanied by at least one over the age of 23. The villas are located in a park, the garden needs constant maintenance, customers are notified that every Wednesday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm there will be gardeners, unfortunately it is not allowed to postpone maintenance.
