Villa Rumanin is located on the hills between Rapallo and Camogli, a perfect place to explore the Riviera and to relax in the silence and tranquility of nature. This charming newly built villa is equipped with all amenities, surrounded by a large green park with a private pool and garden. Children will love playing in the large garden surrounding the villa, where they will find a bowling alley, a soccer field, darts and ping pong. The space Lo Spazio This beautiful two-story villa is divided as follows: Indoor spaces: Upstairs: - Living room consisting of sofa and tv. -Lunch area with table for 6 people. -Kitchen equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and dishwasher. -Service bathroom with washbasin and toilet. Lower Floor: -Bedroom 1 consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. -Bedroom 2 consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. -Bedroom 3 consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. - Bathroom 1 consisting of washbasin, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower. -Bathroom 2 (located inside the third bedroom) consisting of washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. - Sauna room consisting of sauna, walk-in shower and relaxation area. Outdoor Spaces: Upstairs -Pergulated pool view with direct access from the kitchen, consisting of a large dining table and relaxation area with sofas. - Relaxing area overlooking the garden with sofas and umbrella. - Pool with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and BBQ area. Lower Floor - Large garden bordering all bedrooms. THE POOL, WHICH IS NOT HEATED, IS OPEN AND AVAILABLE FOR USE FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 31. The property is located in a large private park where at a distance of about 50 meters there is another property reserved for other guests (Villa Sàrvia). The villas are not divided by gates or palisades but visually by vegetation. Each villa has its own privacy, large private garden, and private pool. In the park there is a playground with a bocce court, a soccer, shooting with darts and ping pong. The area is shared with Villa Sàrvia. The private parking area, reserved for up to 2 cars per villa, is adjacent to the property and equipped with a 1.5 kW EV charging station, suitable for hybrid or small-/medium-sized vehicles. The entrance gate for the cars and the parking area are shared with another property (Villa Sàrvia) also reserved for other guests. Other things to note The road leading to the villa, about 200m (shared with only 6 other properties) is a single carriageway and a bit steep, the last stretch of about 30 meters is dirt but in excellent condition. The road is regulated by a traffic light. It is a road that is absolutely usable by any experienced driver or otherwise, but for the sake of fairness we prefer to report this detail. Access to vans or minibuses is not recommended. Check-in is by appointment from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we kindly ask guests to let us know their arrival time a few days in advance. Our staff will greet you in person For check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional price will be required in cash: after 8:00 p.m. €25.00, from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. €40.00. Check-in after 11:00 p.m. is not allowed. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the MANDATORY accommodation tax in cash (€3 per person per day, excluding children under 15 years of age). Guests under the age of 23 are not allowed to stay unless accompanied by at least one person over the age of 23. The villas are located in a park, the garden needs constant maintenance, we advise customers that every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the gardeners will be present, unfortunately it is not allowed to postpone maintenance.
