FRAGRANCE-FREE HOUSEHOLD: This is a fragrance free household. We request that Tenants refrain from applying any perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions, etc. in the house. This includes any synthetic fragrances as well as burning candles, or using plug-in scents. We provide at no additional charge: ALL Free & Clear laundry detergent, Downy Plus Free & Gentle Fabric Softener, as well as Fragrance Free Bounce Free & Gentle Dryer Sheets. We will allow and also can provide essential oil diffusers as long as natural essential oils are used. Most oils are permitted except wood. SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT. The Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the Premises have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Smoke-free includes no “vaping” or other tobacco products. The Tenant and guests of the Tenant will not smoke anywhere in, on, or surrounding the Premises nor permit any guests or visitors to smoke in, on, or surrounding the Premises. Illegal drugs are not allowed in the Premises. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, with a minimum distance of at least 200 feet away from the Premises. Since marijuana is legal in maryland and some people have medical prescriptions for it, it is allowed to be used in the backyard.
