Welcome to the rural house Deulosal. Set in the north of Majorca, this lovely apartment with pool is perfect for 2-4 guests and one baby. Maria de la Salut is a nice little town with some bars and restaurants, a 15-20 minutes’ drive from the northern coast of Majorca. Maria de la Salut is a nice little town with some bars and restaurants, a 15-20 minutes’ drive from the northern coast of Majorca. The north hosts the most amazing beaches of the island, for example Playa de Muro or Can Picafort. Visit the Tramuntana Mountains with its picturesque villages Valldemossa and Sóller, take a swim at Formentor Beach or buy fresh groceries at Artà market. A car is essential. The terrace with pool has stunning views overlooking the countryside and the mountains. The salt water pool (8x4 metres and depth between 1.3 and 1.75 metres) is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The ample patio offers a pizza oven, a barbecue and a tiny chapel. The apartment and the private terrace are on the first floor. The terrace gives access to the living-dining room with air conditioning, Wifi and satellite-Tv. The independent kitchen is small but well-equipped, including a gas cooker and a dishwasher. A staircase leads from the living area to the open sleeping loft with 2 single beds, recommendable for kids. There’s a courtain for privacy. The main bedroom with double bed has access to the bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. This bath has another door to the living room. There’s exterior parking for 2-3 cars. The owner lives on the ground floor and takes care of the exteriors and the pool so you can enjoy your holidays! The pool is only for this apartment, but the owner lives in the same building. As this is a farm stay, there can be animals like dogs or sheeps. To consider: Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. You’ll receive a link before arrival to register all guests. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 Eur per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 Eur per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
