The space Villa Aura is brand new to the market. It's new-built (2019) and it is decorated with stylish, modern furniture and appliances. Here's a brief description of the villa's spaces: In the lounge - dinning area at the ground floor there is: - large Sofabed (for 2 adults) - Smart TV, 43' with satellite channels and Netflix - wide patio door with mosquito net, onto a spacious, sunny terrace, the front garden and the private pool - A/C unit (cooling-heating) Here you'll also find a modern dinning table for 4 people, next to a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and more: - your Nespresso machine!! - oven, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender/mixer - dishwasher - plenty of pots/pans/platters - Serving utensils - wine glasses - smoke alarm A spacious half bathroom is here with washing machine. The bedroom, lies at the upper floor, it can be reached via a wide staircase and it's equipped with: - a queen bed with anatomic mattress and Hypoallergenic pillows - cotton-satin bedlinen and towels - wide windows with great views over the village and the countryside. - A/C unit (cooling-heating) - dedicated workspace - smart TV, 32' with satellite channels and Netflix - wardrobes which enclose a mini fridge, safe, iron and ironing board - hair dryer - extra pillows and blanket - Room-darkening curtains - crib and highchair for our younger guests The bedroom has its own, private, en-suite full bathroom with toiletries. Outdoor areas are securely fenced and include: - private swimming pool with WATER HEATING facilities - loungers as well as patio furniture under the pergola - pool shower - Gas BBQ - garden with small plants and trees - the entrance gate - private parking area for 1 car IMPORTANT: Kindly note that our pool is heated on request. An additional fee is charged for this service and we need your confirmation on this when booking, or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The heating system of the pool can be set to keep water temperature at 26-28 C from March 1st to May 30th and from October 1st to November 30st, since this is the time period that water of the pool is cooler. Swimming pool water temperature standards are important for health and comfort reasons. This range can prevent the growth of algae and bacteria, as well as breathing difficulties. Pool heating is not available during the hot months in Crete (June till September). Guest access The whole house is set up to welcome you, our guest. The entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Feel free to explore it and use its facilities as you would in your own place. Our refreshing pool and beautiful garden are there for your own private use. Please, make yourself at home. However, the guest's own personal caution and full attention is necessary to avoid accidents. By booking our property for a holiday, the guest and his travelling party acknowledge that they bear the complete responsibility to use the swimming pool with safety and to protect themselves, during their stay. > Kindly note that our pool is heated on request.
