The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. *Airport taxi service from Catania Airport available upon request* The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, moka, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, smart TV and sofa bed; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM (access from the bedroom) with shower (a step to access it) and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split air conditioning with heat pump in the bedroom, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Should you be interested, we also manage an apartment for 3 people within the same building. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are happy to organize early check-in when there are no other guests leaving the apartment on that same day; however, it will not be possible to arrange late check-out. If you need assistance for luggage storage, we can recommend you an affiliated structure. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
