This is a homely and luminous two-bedroom apartment with sober yet tasteful decoration. It is located in the residential Estrela neighbourhood, two steps from lovely Lisbon spots! It's on the 2nd floor with a lift and hosts five guests: a fantastic place to call home while discovering our town or travelling in business. The space Welcome to my home! The bright, whitened, typical Lisbon light comes in from the charming windows in the living area, where a convertible couch, two armchairs and a TV will allow you the best relaxing time after a day out. Right next to it, there's the dinner area, equipped with a table and seats for 4. Don't miss the opportunity to try cooking a traditional Portuguese meal in the fantastic open kitchen, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Two bedrooms have a wardrobe: one features a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. Complementary hotel-quality linens will be provided for your comfort. Two bathrooms are also available, with all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
