Equipped with 4 flat screen TV`s, 3 DVD players The space 12/2022 Added new massaging recliner in living room. 9/2022 Added new dining set 4/2022 Added new sleeper sofa and loveseat; and 2 new lounge chairs in balcony 3 Kings beds and Two twin size mattresses (see picture) in closet for extra guests. Can be placed in any room or space. Use single as a twin or double as a queen/king size. Guest access Status: Beach is open! Pool is open and fully renovated! Boardwalk is open! The entire condo. Check-in info and door code will be either mailed or emailed to guest prior to the stay. Cleaning fee includes one time cleaning charge and property fee that provides use of San Carlos amenities such as pool, fitness center, sauna (temporarily closed due to Covid), and beach access. Parking is not included. There are options to purchase onsite when you arrive on 3rd floor or prepay on airbnb to have it mailed to you prior to your stay. The difference is that prepaid passes are allowed to park on the ground floor of the condo building and at the overflow parking lot across the street. The onsite purchase passes are restricted to parking spaces at the overflow parking lot across the street only. Each condo is allowed up to 2 parking passes. If you wish to prepay your parking passes, please advise owner and pay on Airbnb. Parking passes are $50 each vehicle, good for the entire stay. Regular check-in time is 4pm. Early Check-in may be available upon request ($50 fee). Other things to note WIFI and Cable TV are included in the rental rate. Holidays and Special Events/Festivals may require 7 nights minimum. Please inquire during booking. EARLY CHECK-IN: Early Check-in can be requested in advance. There's a $50 early check-in fee. Please understand early check-in is a request to housekeeping to prioritize cleaning this condo and get it ready before regular check-in time of 4pm. You must advise in advance if there's a specific time you wish to check-in. It is not a guarantee. In the event if early check-in could not be honored due to condo cleaning not completed on time, this fee would be refunded in full back to the guest. Minimum age to book is 25.
