Premium linens provided for all. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Outdoors, enjoy the private fenced-in, paved patio (no grass). Please note the bathroom is "jack and jill" - between the two bedrooms and accessible by both bedrooms. SmartTV in living room. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). This property is being cleaned under strict CDC guidelines by a professional cleaning company. Laundry in basement available for your use. Guest access The house and fenced-in patio are all yours! There is a small, private parking lot behind the house. We park our car/s and camper there (don't worry, no one is in the camper). Even with our vehicles there, you can fit 2-3 more cars in the lot/driveway. We promise off-street parking for 2 cars. Other things to note Adult dogs who are house-trained are allowed upon approval for $55 extra per dog for the entire stay (not per night). Dogs CANNOT be on the furniture, cannot be left alone in the house, and must be picked up after. No cats. No parties. Please remove shoes and please treat everything with respect.
