Built in 2021, the units feature contemporary designs with premium finishes, private balconies, elevator access, and on-site parking. The complex is conveniently located near West Bay, the TART Trail, and downtown Traverse City, offering easy access to beaches, shopping, and dining options. Guest access The building number is 708 Randolph. There are two buildings that look similar. Please be sure you are entering the one closest to Division (the one closest to Dairy Lodge). To enter this building, enter the "Building Code" provided in your messages on the morning of your arrival. This code works on both the front and rear entrances. If you drove a vehicle, there is one parking space available in the rear parking lot. This lot is accessible via Cypress Street. You are allowed to park in space SNL #205. Do NOT park at ACQUA or CYPRESS #205, as you risk being towed. If there are additional cars in your party, you may park on the road but please pay attention to signs regarding parking availability and times. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly rental. We have dogs coming through on a regular basis to enjoy Judes Respite. Though we have an exceptional cleaning team, folks with severe allergies or health conditions that may be related to animals should consider renting elsewhere, as even with thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee non-reaction. Most guests with this level of allergy are aware of the risk in renting any home that allows pets.
