Studio between the Junction and Bloor West Village

Welcome to our beautiful studio basement apartment between the Junction and Bloor West Village. Our place is steps away of public transportation, 5 minutes by bus from Runnymede Subway Station. This area is ideal to explore one the most trendiest areas of Toronto, not to far from High Park. The space We have a recently renovated studio basement with a separate side entrance. Ceiling is over 6 ft high all around except for a small section from the ventilation system. Nice cozy living area with a sofa bed, a built it kitchenette where you can cook light meals on a hot plate, warm up food in the microwave, prepare yourself some coffee or use the toaster. You will have a queen bed and a big 3 piece bathroom with access to the laundry. Out of bounds area: the furnace room. Guest access You can access the full basement, except for the furnace room. Other things to note About parking, during the daytime you can park for free around our area. The issue would be during night time (12am-7AM). You have 2 options: you can park on Annette St during night time for free. There's only few spots available but whenever I needed it, I didn't have any issue finding a spot. I would leave it front of home and change it later in the evening if I couldn't find a spot earlier. Otherwise, you can get a Temporary On Street Parking online though the Ontario Parking website. You have to get up to a maximum of 1 week in advance of the date required and must print the paper and leave it on your dashboard. It will allow you to park on our street 24 hours.
