Sunset Bay Lakeside Cottage with Gazebo

This beautiful cottage has been recently refurbished and renovated. New cedar bathroom, new beds, new oven, new kitchen and deck. With Starlink internet, make the gazebo your office with a view. The cottage features a smart TV, an electric fireplace, deck with stairs to your own private lake entrance, a gazebo with a fan and fairy lights. Sept and October are beautiful months with the autumn color. Off season you are often our only guests. It’s a beautiful time of year. Serene and peaceful The space Also having two bedrooms, one bathroom cedar throughout with a glass corner shower and a lake view from the kitchen, this cottage has everything you need for a great country getaway. The sunken living room has a couch, television, electric fireplace a tranquil reading light and reclining chair for your comfort. You will need to supply your own towels, bed sheets, and pillow cases. Mattress covers blankets and pillows are provided. Sheets can be arranged and provided upon request. Dish soap, dish cloths, are provided, and a tea towel - Large clear plastic bags are provided for garbage. There is recycling too, a bin outside your door. Once full, you can exchange for an empty container which is located near the big white garage next to the large garbage dumpster. Guest access Our guests have access to our entire property 3 1/2 acres of beautiful lakeside property on Lake Boshkung. With 70 feet of lake frontage There are 4 cottages available to rent on our property. Off season you could easily be our only guests! The water is great for swimming. We have a long safe well kept sandy beach with a gradual drop off and raft. We have 2 campfire pits, 2 peddle boats a canoe, 3 kayaks and 2 Stand up paddle boards for guests to use. We have a pool table, ping pong and games room with a library right on the water in the main boathouse for guests. There is a lovely cedar sauna for guests use as well. Other things to note There is a BBQ located on your private deck. Propane is provided There is free docking avail should you have a boat. Depending upon the water level, and boat size, you can launch your boat right at the property, if the water is low there is a boat launch across the lake. Please enquire further if you wish to bring your boat and we can advise accordingly. Dogs are welcome, and must be on a leash observe the “poop and scoop” —when booking please let us know the breed of your pet.
