Also multiple living areas perfect for multi generational families to share The space The main floor kitchen overlooks the lake as well as multiple living areas: a long room with amazing lake view, a central room with TV, & den. Downstairs has separate entrance there is a separate living area with couches, TV, a kitchen, bathroom, & two large bedrooms Amenities include outdoor Ping-Pong table, books, board games & portable heat, baseboard heating & portable air conditioning. Main floor has mini split air-conditioning & heating in the primary bedroom & living area. Outside the home has a large lakefront deck area with gas BBQ grill. Location, location, location! Couldn’t be a better location for a large family wanting easy access to play in the lake. The home is near the Pines Village which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about 7 miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away, and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is less than 15. There are 3 rooms on main floor with 1 queen bed in each room. Lower level separate entrance there are two more rooms 2 queen beds in one room. 2nd room has queen bed and a bunk bed that are twins . -A canoe & paddles are available for guest use. -Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Peak water levels are in the summer months & is lowered by 50 percent during the fall & winter months annually. Please No dogs or pets. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
