This vacation rental has been designed and built with a real ecological concern and offers you a large vegetable garden as well as an orchard on a vast plot of 3000 m2. Gîte accessible to people with reduced mobility (except during the winter period). The space New construction of 120 m2, our gîte offers beautiful spaces on 2 floors. It includes: 1. On the ground floor: - 1 hallway with large closet and storage. - 1 adult bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200) - 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 trundle bed that offers a double bed (160 x 190), equipped with a TV. - 1 bathroom with shower and sauna. - 1 separate toilet. - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack. 2. Upstairs: The floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility, access is from the outside. - 1 adult bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200). - 1 bathroom with shower equipped with a removable seat. - 1 separate toilet. - Large kitchen, dining room with large table for 10 people and opening onto a large balcony-terrace, living room with TV and large sofa. This cottage is equipped with all the comforts of a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, electric citrus press, raclette/mini pancake/pierrade, waffle/croque monsieur maker. Baby equipment is available on request: travel crib with mattress, bathtub, changing mat, booster seat, toilet reducer, potty, stroller, children's dishes. The little "plus": a covered shelter gives access to a room with a climbing wall and in which you can drop off your skis and/or your bikes. Possibility to rent bed linen (€15 for a double bed and €10 for a single bed) and bath linen (2 towels per person for €8). Allow an extra €5/bed if you want the beds to be made. Guest access Gîte easily accessible by GPS, parking possible in front.
