The space Fisherman Village Boutique Villa V1 is a single-storey, three-bedroom beachfront home designed for relaxed self-catering stays. Each bedroom has one king bed, air-conditioning and sea-facing windows. The villa has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, an indoor dining area, covered outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for V1 guests. The villa sits in a spacious 4,500 m² tropical garden shared only with the neighboring V2 villa. A path through the garden leads directly to the beach and the local fishing village. This is a peaceful, independent stay rather than a full-service resort. It works especially well for families, groups of friends and longer stays. In the early morning, guests can watch local fishing boats return and buy fresh seafood when available. Sunrise and sunset can both be enjoyed from the beach. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire V1 villa, its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, BBQ facilities and private swimming pool. The 4,500 m² garden, direct beach access and laundry/storage room are shared with the neighboring V2 villa. The washing machine in the shared storage room is available for guest use. On-site parking is available, and the villa can be reached by car or motorbike. Other things to note Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and our caretaker will welcome you. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. The Airbnb listing is set for a maximum of 6 guests. Families traveling with children under 12 who would share the existing king beds should message us before booking. Extra floor mattress may be provided upon reasonable prior request. The villa is located in a working fishing village, not an isolated resort. Fishing activity, village sounds or occasional music may be heard. Shops and restaurants are local and limited, so longer-stay guests may wish to bring groceries. Beach conditions and cleanliness can change with the weather, tides and fishing activity. Vietnamese regulations may require passport or ID details for temporary-residence registration.
