This house was completely renovated in July 2020, in a Cycladic spirit combined with modernity. It is located in the heart of Parikia, the capital of Paros. The port of arrival of the ferries and all the necessities are within walking distance, no need for a car. Very quiet area 30 meters from the beach and close to the main streets with nice shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, parking. Just a few minutes away from the museums as well as the oldest Byzantine church and Kastro. The space This very comfortable house is very close to the seafront lined with restaurants and bars and not far from the main streets and nice shops and near the cultural centres. Everything you need is within walking distance, artisan baker, restaurants, local shops. The house has just been completely restored in July 2020 combining Cycladic and contemporary spirit. Some of the furniture was designed by international designers and we have taken care to use beautiful materials such as marble, wood, linen and shades of white and blue from the Cyclades. Composed of 2 floors and 2 terraces, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Each room has access to its own bathroom, one of which is en suite. A third bathroom and toilet occupy the ground floor. 2 separate WC, one on the first floor, one on the ground floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and can be heated. Spacious super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Living room with sofa bed for two people and wide-screen television. Books, board and beach games, beach sheets are available. Capacity of 6 people. A large roofgarden with teak table and deckchairs that gives access to a second overhanging terrace. A kitchenette gives access to the terrace, it is equipped with a second fridge + appliances and dishes and a washing machine. The 2 terraces offer a magnificent 360° view of all Parikia, the surrounding mountains and the sea. This house of 120 sq meters is luxury and comfortable, a perfect relaxing hideaway near the beach complete with all about everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
