The Caddy Shack of the Monterey Peninsula is perfect for families, friends, golfing groups or anyone who enjoys the comforts of a nice home on vacation that's close to everything. Minutes to Pebble Beach, Golf courses, Carmel, Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, The Aquarium, Pacific Groves Monarch Butterflies. Drive down the coast to Big Sur for memorable photos at vista stops along the way or travel inland to Carmel Valley for a wine tasting adventure. The space The Caddy Shack has been home to official Caddy's and we have decided to share the comforts of our home. A 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Home. OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES : 1) The rate showing is for up to 4 guest , there is an additional $40 per person per night for each guest over 4 guests. Airbnb adds this automatically when the number of guests is 5 or more. A guest is any person both young and old staying at The Caddy Shack. Our Guests agree to inform us of all guests staying at our home that includes all infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults of any age and any last minute guests that may decide to stay, failure to do so may result in the guest being charged an excessive linen/ bed fee as well as an additional cleaning fee should it take our cleaning crew longer than their usual time to get The Caddy Shack back into Check In Condition. FYI : WE CHARGE FOR ANY GUEST AGE ONE YEAR OR OLDER. We disagree with Airbnb's, INFANT age CUT OFF being two years. Airbnb has stated that because , we disagree and put the information in our listing that ; WE MAY CHARGE FOR ANY GUEST ONE YEAR OR OLDER. We do have several infant / toddler things that may be borrowed: Pack N Play Play Pen, High Chair, Changing Pad, Diaper Genie, a couple of floor mats for Naps or time outs, several toys for all age groups. 2) We may charge an additional cleaning fee should it take our cleaning crew longer to get the place back to check in condition. Any guest staying 4 or more days may be charged an additional cleaning fee as follows: 4 - 7 days additional cleaning fee is $50 8 - 11 days additional cleaning fee is $75 11 - 30 days additional cleaning fee is $100 3) Additional Bed Set up Fee varies between $30 to $165. Additional bed fees apply ONLY to beds that have to be transformed into beds.....for instance: There is a fee when the Sofa bed in the living room is made into a bed. There is NO FEE FOR the queen beds, or Cal king bed those ARE INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE. RULES: Sunday Garbage Night / Monday Morning Pick Up : Any guest staying on a Sunday Night to please roll our Black City Garbage Can and our Blue Recycle Bins to the street. Place them to of our driveway (NOT on the side where there is our mailbox). NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED (If a guest must smoke they must do it outside and pick up any and all cigarette butts and dispose of them in the outside Black City Garbage Can. ) NO ILLEGAL DRUGS FEDERAL LAWS APPLY AT THE CADDY SHACK We do not allow any illegal substances that includes Federally illegal (no marijuana) . NO UNDERAGE DRINKING IS ALLOWED California's legal alcohol consumption age is 21. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THE CADDY SHACK DESCRIPTION OF THE CADDY SHACK 4 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME Living room has a couch , love seat, chair and ottoman. There is a fireplace with a fireplace insert , a big screen tv that has pretty much every channel including the movie channels. The Kitchen is just off the Living Room it is quaint with pots, pans, coffee and tea maker, toaster, rice cooker, Microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, Knifes and cooking tools, some spices , coffee, tea, sugar, etc. and other items a guest may find useful. We do not have a dishwasher so all dishes are done by hand. There are 2 drying mats on the counter or under the sink we have a dish rack that the guest may prefer. DESCRIPTION OF OUR BEDROOMS : 1 ) Master Bedroom has a California King and a lounger, which may be made into a version of a twin size bed. Additional Cost $50 2) Guest Bedroom has a Queen and a lounger, which may be removed and a twin roll away/fold out may be put in place. Note that guests will only be able to get into and out of bed from one side . Additional Cost $50 3 ) Guest Bedroom has a Queen and we may put a Twin roll away/fold out in the room, Note that guests will only be able to get into and out of bed from one side . Additional Cost $50 * Our regular check in time is 4pm however should any additional beds be requested or The Pak N Play , high chair setup then your check in time may be moved to 5 pm. Additional Beds set up/break down Costs are listed above and will be requested a week or so prior to check in, (in some cases if we have not requested the additional costs prior to check , we may request them during your stay or after you have checked out via Airbnb's resolution Center unless other arrangements have been made. ) Our Front Patio has 4 chairs and one bench where our guests may want to take in the afternoon sun. Our Back Yard with a patio with 5 chairs and a small table. There is also another small tea table with 2 chairs Sunday Garbage Night / Monday Morning Pick Up : We ask that any guest staying Sunday Night to please roll our Black City Garbage Can and our Blue Recycle Bins to the street just right of our driveway (NOT on the side where there is our mailbox.) Guest access The entire house is for Guest use with the exception to the master bedroom closet, the smallest 4th bedroom closet and the garage. The WASHER & DRYER ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR LISTING. OUR GUESTS are welcome to use both our Front and Backyards each with a unique patio with chairs. Other things to note A ) Our Home is only Partially Child Proof, so Parents are still responsible to stay alert and keep an eye on what their little ones are doing. B ) "DO NOT FLUSH THIS OR THAT RULE" (Even if the wrapping or instructions say the Item is Flushable) PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH - Wipes of any kind even it they Say Safe to Flush....DON'T -. Feminine Products even if they Say Safe to Flush....DON'T - Prophylactic Sheaths (Condoms) even if they Say Safe to Flush....DON'T - Kleenex DON'T FLUSH - Diapers DON'T FLUSH INSTEAD Please place these type of items in the garbage can Located in the Front Bathroom or if appropriate, in the garbage cans located in the bathrooms. Note: Guest's will be responsible for any repairs needed should they not comply to the above instructions. C ) ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY: D ) We may request an additional fee between $30 to $150 , for use of additional linens/excessive towels used and or set up of additional beds, etc. 1) We charge an additional cleaning fee: $50 for groups of 6 or more $50 groups with children $100 for groups of 8 or more 2 ) A Guest who has checked out may or may not be charged an additional cleaning fee, if a longer amount of time is needed for our Cleaning Crew to get, "The Caddy Shack", back into check in ready condition.1
