Entire Home with Private Pool & quiet neighborhood

My home is close to restaurants, downtown and family-friendly activities. Public boat launch 3 streets away for boats/kayaks/canoes and/or bike on the "Rails to Trails", a 42 mile bike/hike path just minutes from the house. Located in a nice neighborhood, 20 minutes from The Villages and easy access to Tampa, Orlando and Crystal River attractions. We are pet friendly! The back yard is fenced with a completely secluded pool area. The home was remodeled a few years ago. The space "Inverness, small town done right". Many festivals and events throughout the year. Check the Inverness web site for details during your stay. Guest access The entire home, yard and pool area is available to you. You may come and go at your leisure through the front door. Other things to note Pool maintenance is normally Friday mornings, they access the back yard through the white vinyl gate so please be aware should your pets be in the back yard. Yard and outside maintenance crew work during daytime hours throughout the week.
