Ideally located in the heart of hiking sites and 30 minutes from the coves of the Mediterranean, it is nestled in a protected environment without overlooking, on a plot of 9 hectares composed of centuries-old olive trees and species of Provence. The space On the garden level with refreshing floor, a double living room of 90 m² very bright with bay windows overlooking two terraces, a fireplace area and a flat-screen TV area. A 35 m² dining room with a table that seats 12 people opening onto a 70 m² terrace. Fully-equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as the dining room with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction plates, wok, coffee machine, ice maker. On the mountain side, a 50 m² terrace with exceptional views of Sainte-Victoire, equipped with table, seats, umbrella, plancha and a Weber barbecue for outdoor meals. You will also find on the garden level three spacious bedrooms, all with access to the 70 m² terrace, equipped with a refreshing floor: - The 40 m² master suite has a queen size bed, sofa bed, TV, walk-in shower room with pool views, and a separate dressing room.
