No alcohol, smoking, or use of tobacco products are allowed on-premises, this includes electronic and or smokeless products. No males are allowed unless married or blood relative. Safety: You can feel safe not only because of Maumelle's low crime rates but also because this home has four monitored exterior motion-activated L.E.D. lights and cameras, interior monitored alarm system covering carbon monoxide, all exterior entry doors and windows, and glass breakage, smoke & heat detection. All exterior doors have at least a dead bolt locking system. Bedroom - Furnished: Rest and relax in your carpeted, freshly painted, private bedroom. Your bedroom is furnished with: a double, Serta pillow-top mattress (with pillows, linens, and blankets), nightstand, lamp, alarm clock, 8-drawer dresser with an oval mirror, 5-drawer T V entertainment center with an LCD TV, a 6-drawer lingerie chest, and a makeup Vanity with mirror, stool, with a hairdryer and flat iron holder. Four double storage hooks on the back of your bedroom door provide a little extra hanging space if needed. Walk-in Closet/Storage: Within your bedroom is a carpeted walk-in closet providing ample space to hang clothes, as well as, box and suitcase storage. The closet has storage shelves, long/tall garment hanger bars, split height bars for shorter items, a pop-n-fold 3 section laundry sorter, assortment of clothes hangers, and a full-length dressing mirror. Bathroom: One step from your furnished bedroom is your bathroom that includes a fiberglass tub/shower combination, a multi-setting shower head with a 5' tangle-free flexible hose, a curved shower rod with shower curtain, floor mats, vanity sink cabinet, bath towels, washcloths, and face towels. A welcome basket consisting of a toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet tissue, poof loofah body sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body lotion, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and a few other special amenities await your arrival. Laundry: One step from your furnished bedroom is the laundry room complete with a full-size GE washer and Maytag gas dryer, steam iron, a full-size ironing board, a 5-piece set of mesh wash bags, hypoallergenic laundry detergent, hypoallergenic dryer sheets, and a folding clothes drying rack. Utilities: WiFi, internet, and all other utilities are included in the rental. Cleaning: If your stay includes more than 7 consecutive nights, one weekly cleaning is included and includes vacuum carpet, dust furniture, clean mirrors, shower. the toilet, sink and remove the trash. The cleaner may launder other items at the renter's request and for an additional fee. Pets: We have two in-house dogs. One is a 2-year-old Lab/Boxer mix and the other is a 9-year-old Lab/Border Collie mix. Both are pound rescue dogs, non-aggressive, and very playful. Children: We have 2 elementary-aged children who are at home in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Full, unrestricted access to private bedroom and bathroom. Shared laundry, kitchen, and eating areas. I work outside of the home during the daytime hours. My husband works nights. You will communicate mostly with my husband. We have 2 middle school-age boys and three dogs. We are home at night and on weekends. If you are working weekend nights while here, this may not be the best option for you. Maumelle is located a few miles from Little Rock on Interstate 40. The Big Dam Bridge, the 2nd largest pedestrian bridge in the nation, is also located a few miles from Maumelle along Highway 100, spans the Arkansas River's Murray Lock and Dam between Little Rock and North Little Rock and with paved trails, connects to Two Rivers Park and downtown Little Rock. Big Dam Bridge is open only to pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Maumelle maintains 15 public parks with tot lots, small playgrounds, and miles of paved scenic trails ideal for walking, jogging, or biking. Maumelle has one public swimming pool and is adjacent to the multi-purpose community center with a health club and lighted tennis courts (membership fee is required and not included in your rental).
