Beautiful, renovated room for rent, on the benches of the Wasatch mountains, 5 to 10 minutes off both freeways, and 10 to 15 minutes from major resorts ,25 to Salt Lake City, and 30 minutes to the airport. We also offer rides for approximately what a ride service would charge like Uber or Lyft. Wifi Included The space We have a large house, that is pretty and very welcoming . It has been remodeled in the last few years, and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. it is about 4400 square feet, six bedrooms and 4 and a half baths. We are able to rent three of the bedrooms and one large living room in the basement which is completely renovated as well with new carpet. On the main level is the common space which includes a formal room facing the West mountains, a living room with two large sofas, a T.V, a fire place and a computer desk area. There is also a very nice kitchen with a granite counter top and stainless steel appliances, a microwave etc.... and a dining room; this whole floor is very well lit and sunny with nice views from every room. The rooms for rent are on the levels below. The first has two bedrooms which are available, one is a master bedroom with a handcrafted queen bed and a dresser. This room has a large remodeled full bathroom with a closet which connects it to another bedroom which has a twin bed. These rooms may be rented together or kept separate. The basement has a well lit bedroom with windows facing the West mountains, and another handcrafted queen bed. The basement also has a full bathroom. *Additional guests can stay, if you contact me and we set up cots etc. Guest access Most of the amenities in the common space will be available to guests, however if they have any questions they can always ask. During your stay As the host I will be home and would love interact with my guests whenever they are available and would be willing to give them advice and tips during their stay. Other things to note As a family we are very close knit and Mediterranean, so we are always ready to engage in lively conversations, and constantly preparing food. Parking can sometimes be a bit tight, but we will do our best to find you a spot.
