Gîte Divin - Château de Panisseau

The Château de Panisseau offers you this magnificent and charming gîte of 172 m² in the heart of the wine estate. Surrounded by vines, forests and wide open spaces, this haven of peace is less than 30 minutes from Bergerac. An ideal place to welcome your family or friends. The gîte is fully furnished and decorated with great care. The gîte has four en suite bedrooms and two terraces. The space This gîte has a first floor with beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped spaces. On the ground floor you will find a bar area, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen as well as two independent bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), and a bathroom (shower and washbasin) and an independent toilet, the other one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a bathroom with washbasin and corner bathtub, as well as an independent toilet. Finally, the ground floor gives access to two garden terraces. One is overlooked and the second is entirely private with its own barbecue. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds and two bathrooms (shower and washbasin) with a toilet. Beds are made, towels and pool towels are provided. A sheltered swimming pool, heated from June to September, and a gym area are available. Guest access We are in the commune of Thenac (24240), about 17km south of Bergerac and 19km from Bergerac airport. 5 km from Sigoulés (bakery, carrefour market, post office, bar, restaurant) and 14 km from Eymet. We are only 3 km from the Village des Pruniers - an internationally renowned Buddhist site. The Périgord is one of the most beautiful departments in France with its splendid, hilly landscapes, its typical architecture, its 1001 castles, and its medieval villages rich in history. Children can go canoeing on the Dordogne, but also visit prehistoric caves such as Lascaux or the Proumeyssac chasm or go to the Bergerac Aquarium (Creysse), go horse riding, cycling etc.. For the more adventurous, go-karting, ballooning over the Dordogne Valley, and for the more adventurous, the magnificent golf course at Les Vigiers, just 10 minutes from our Château, and of course, gastronomy and wine tasting in Bergerac, including our own vineyard, Château de Panisseau. Other things to note We insist that everyone respects the peace and harmony of the site. For our part, we are always available for everyone's comfort. You can either do your own cleaning at the end of your stay, or we can take care of it for 200€. Please inform us of your decision at the beginning of your stay.
