This 1 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen cottage is located at Ballard RV Park, a small quiet park located off I-70 at exit 187, 35 miles from Moab. There is an Exxon/7-11 right at the exit. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our houses have accumulated over 700 5 star reviews. Come enjoy some of the best that nature has to offer. Other things to note Additional rules - Quiet hours are from 9pm until 7Am We charge a $25.00 pet fee, dogs must be on leash and please clean up after your pet.
