Located in modest and busy neighborhood of Desert Hot Springs. One bedroom apartment sleeps 2 comfortably. Due to high demand on festival weekends we can allow up to 3 people with additional cost. We recommend bringing extra blankets and air mattress if you are traveling with larger group. The space Our Unit features: * Gated Entrance *Ring Security Camera Surveillance *Centrally located, 2 mile radius of restaurants, gas station, banks, laundromat. * Kitchenette ( No full stove) but we do have a small induction cook top and microwave. Our location can be a perfect fit for those in town for work Desert Hot Springs is a small no frills kind of town, but in recent years it has been undergoing lot's of improvements and beautification projects. Not to mention it is world renowned for its wonderful spas and mineral water. The neighborhood has a mixed crowd. If you want a beautiful, clean place to call home while on a job assignment and feel comfortable being around people from all walks of life then this is your place. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 1 dog in unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Water pressure has always been lower than I would want. It’s normal but not a strong pressure even after all our attempts to improve it. Parking: we have space for one vehicle only in the carport. Not much street parking so please try to limit to one car only. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time."
