Lovely home w/ Garage- 1 mile from all the trails!

Sparkling clean, cozy, spacious home in quiet neighborhood! The space Please read this in its entirety. Additionally, please review all pictures as they provide good reference of the home and what it has to offer. Any additional questions or clarifications needed, please ask! A beautiful home located in Sturgis close enough to downtown but far enough away for some peace and quiet. For those that love to hit the trails with your mountain bike or atv, we are only 1 mile from the local favorite….Redcut!! Redcut gives you acess to hundreds of miles of trails! Less than 2 miles from the heart of Main St Sturgis!! A sparkling clean home with 4 nice sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms awaits you! Oversized 1 car garage measuring 14 wide by 24 deep and 8x10’ garage door. Front entrance of the home has key coded lock and Ring door bell. During you stay you will have an eat in kitchen(seating for 6 both inside and outside), main level laundry room, 2 living room areas. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed. The downstairs has a small standup shower, please note this is just your basic standup shower and small. Upstairs, the bathroom, has a full tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are in the pictures. We strive to keep the home well stocked with all the essentials so you get that home away from home feel! Home is equipped with a twin size air mattress, fans, luggage racks, a pack n play, extra pillows and blankets, fully stocked laundry room, games, puzzles, books, and much more. Front entrance is equipped with key coded entry and deadlock, along with a Ring doorbell camera. After a long day, relax in the fenced in backyard. Outside you will find a gas grill, patio seating, and a fire pit! All surfaces get wiped down and the home is professional cleaned top to bottom after each and every stay! ***During the winter, the basement can get a bit chilly. There is a working pellet stove and if you need pellets, they can be purchased at the Ace Hardware(1 mile from the house). We do not provide the pellets as the home does have heat throughout but as always, basements are always colder than upstairs. Driveway is larger and allows for 1-2 trailers to be parked or 4 vehicles depending on size plus there is the 14x24 ft 1 car garage. 1 Dog is allowed during each stay with a set pet fee of $200. Pet can be added under the number of guests when booking. The dog must be house trained and cannot, under any circumstances, be left unattended. If left unattended, the dog must be kenneled!! No exceptions. Airbnb will be contacted and additional fees of $500 will be applied if more than one dog is seen during the stay or the dog is left unattended, outside of a kennel. Any damages, such as but not limited to, holes dug in the yard, stains, items chewed will be the responsibility of guest. Guest access Entire home, oversized one car garage, front yard, and fenced in back yard with patio furniture and propane grill. Other things to note The upstairs TV has a Roku hooked up allowing guests to watch thousands of movies and shows for free. Youtube TV is connected and ready to view. Downstairs has a smart TV. Please remember to log out prior to departure.
