The space Spacious apartment, fully renovated in 2017 and 2019, conveniently located right next to WSU, just minutes from Beasley/Martin Stadium. Perfect for visits, games, and business trips to WSU, the apartment boasts a private entrance with all the comforts of a boutique hotel. Featuring a minimalist interior design to maintain an airy and uncluttered atmosphere, Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed, workstation, reading area, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 includes a queen-size bed and a bunk bed (full over twin), separated by a screen. The large living room is furnished with a modular sectional and armchairs, and the dining area accommodates six guests. Books, puzzles, and games are available, with the option to take a book and make a small donation to replenish the library. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, and various small appliances. A Keurig coffee machine and hot-water kettle, along with a variety of coffee pods and teas, are provided. Snacks, drinks, sauces, and condiments are also included. The full bathroom comes stocked with everything from Q-tips to a hairdryer. Clean sheets (not ironed) and plenty of towels are provided, and the WSU color theme (crimson and gray) is incorporated throughout. Enjoy a dedicated WIFI network, a smart TV with Roku and Netflix, and feel free to use the deck and patio exclusively during your visit. Fully private tree-filled yard on 1/3 of an acre. In season, help yourself to cherries and currants if you can outcompete the birds. One clarification: While the place can accommodate up to six people, the default price is for up to four people sleeping in the place. For any additional person over four, and up to seven, there is an additional $40/day/person charge. If more than four people are planning to stay in the rental, and they are not already accounted for in the reservation, please update your reservation accordingly. Guest access To access the apartment, use the series of cement steps on the side of the house (no handrails). The entrance is at the back of the house, accessible from the deck with a keypad entry. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage, with space for two midsize cars. Please note that street parking is reserved for permitted residents and is enforced by Pullman Police during WSU events. You have full access to the apartment and the backyard—feel free to enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck or patio. Other things to note We recycle! Use the blue recycling bin for clean paper, plastic, aluminum, and tin containers. Please leave glass on the kitchen counter, as it needs to be recycled separately.
