Netflix, Hulu, etc), and Full cable. •Newly updated Kitchen with beautiful tile backsplash. •Cozy seating table that extends to seat 4 people ( 2 more foldable chairs in the living room closet). •Laundry room •1/2 bathroom SECOND FLOOR * Full bathroom with tub jets. NOTE: Please make sure water is over jets before turning jets on. * Master Bedroom - Comfortable queen-size bed - Sofa bed for additional sleeping space - Work desk, perfect for remote work or studying - Full-length mirror - Private access to a small deck. NOTE: Please no more than 2 people on deck at same time. This is for your safety * Bedroom 2 - Cozy double bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Trash bin is kept by the side door, and the bin can be taken to the curb Thursday night or early Friday morning.
