This top-floor condo sits on the east end of a well-tended building, offering fresh paint and new carpeting throughout as well as a new queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy central air conditioning, your very own washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Not only will you be close to the beautiful ocean beach and many fun restaurants and shops along Coastal Highway, you'll have an outdoor shower, a ground-level storage area for beach chairs, and covered parking for two cars to greet you upon your return. Things to Know Full kitchen Outdoor shower No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
