Other things to note Surroundings In a tree-lined side street is the beautiful and historic "Kapitänshaus Luv & Lee" – just 500 meters from the sea and its magnificent sandy beach. Surrounded by wide saltwater meadows, the idyllic harbor, the Barnstorf nature reserve and the lively center, the vacation home, which was extensively renovated in 2021, fits wonderfully into the region and culture of the former fishing village. To the vacation home With a lot of feeling for the old building culture and attention to detail, the former captain's house was masterfully renovated and restored. The result is a fantastically beautiful vacation home in which both the family and friends or a group will find enough space for relaxing vacation days. The center of the house is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and exit to the sunny terrace. Here you can cook and chat to your heart's content. The living room with a cozy sofa area is separated by a double door. The in-house spa is also on the ground floor. Thanks to the spacious sauna, rain shower and relaxation area and separate toilet, you can enjoy it here at any time of the year and with all your senses. The wooden staircase in the hallway leads to the four lovingly designed bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two stylish daylight bathrooms and a reading corner with a small book gallery are also on the upper floor. This wonderful vacation ensemble is rounded off with the multifunctional room, which can be used as desired for yoga, group work, coaching, meditation or as an additional sleeping room (two hotel extra beds). A total of up to four high-quality beds can be set up in the gable room, so that if necessary, the house can be used by a maximum of 12 people. The outdoor area is complemented by a large stone terrace with seating. From here you can enjoy a great view of the garden. Especially on warmer days, the outdoor area planted with lavender and grasses invites you to eat, relax and socialize. Furthermore, the vacation home includes four parking spaces, lockable bicycle parking spaces in the garden house, a Weber charcoal grill and a handcart in which the beach items can be comfortably transported. A little note In the cottage there is a small granny flat, which is used sporadically by the owners.
