Cozy and bright 70 sqm apartment, able to accommodate 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property is located in a strategic position, just a few minutes on foot from several points of interest, including Orleans Park, the Norman Palace and the Cathedral. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request*** The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, dining table, fridge with freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, wine glasses, kitchenware), double sofa bed and 40-inch TV; - BEDROOM with double bed, 40-inch TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk; - BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the bedroom and living room), washing machine (in the kitchen), soundproof windows, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Baby cot available. NO heating. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. SHOULD EARLY CHECK-IN NOT BE AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STORE YOUR LUGGAGE AND COLLECT THE KEYS FROM 10 AM AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS DONE. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
