General Overview Centrally located between the downtown areas of North Park, Hillcrest and University Heights. The North Park home is just one block from Hillcrest. The east-facing home has a unique, panoramic and amazing views of the mountainous Cleveland National Forest. The view particularly features Laguna Mountain which is 6000' high and located 60 miles away. The most unforgettable feature of this interesting property is undoubtedly the delightful views. You'll enjoy sunrises, moonrises and mesmerizing cloud formations. Even the western sunsets will shape some pretty incredible views. Staying here is simply an incredible experience. With a rare panoramic view of the mountains like this one, every moment spent in this little slice of heaven can be truly and simply delightful. This private home has a lot to offer. Unique Top Floor Apartment • It's a corner, end unit located on the top floor of a four-story building located at the top of a hill. • The closest neighboring unit's front door is 20 feet away. • The top floor of the building is shared with four other units, but a wall and door separates this unit from the others. • A majestic 12' high vaulted ceiling spans the home from wall-to-wall. • A Nest thermostat controls the central air system (central A/C and heat). Open-Concept Sleeping Area (Bedroom) • While the bedroom has 4 walls, one wall was shortened to open up the space. Also, there is no bedroom door. Therefore, the home is known as a "Junior One Bedroom". • The modified wall is 6'Wx9'H and helps separate the sleeping area from the living room. • The wall was shortened to provide guests (1) an even better view, (2) more space, (3) more sunlight and (4) easy access to the balcony. • Adjacent to the modified wall is also a tall, beautiful, solid wood room partition in dark walnut with double panel crackled glass panes that can rotate 360 degrees (51-3/4" W x 74-1/2" H). • Those two features combined leaves about 4' of space to come and go between the living room and sleeping area. • There is one bed with a queen mattress and an optional comfortable thick memory foam topper. Guests who prefer a firm mattress can simply remove the topper, fold it up and slide it under the bed. • Includes two complete sets of fitted and flat sheets and two pillow cases as well as pillows & blankets. • The bedroom features clean, comfortable and premium wall-to-wall carpet. • There is an optional 43" HDTV on the desk facing the bed. Dedicated Workspace • Offers a large, Parsons two-drawer desk from West Elm (48"x24"). • Features a comfortable desk chair and chair mat. • Includes waste bin and starter office supplies (pens and envelopes). One Dining Area or Extra Workspace • A 7'Wx2'L bar table at the edge of the kitchen is great for enjoying meals or for being productive.
