Our ground floor modern studio is situated in the heart of Paddington, just 100m off Oxford St in a quite leafy street. Surrounded by the best restaurants, cafes, scenic destinations, leafy quiet parks, football grounds, hyde park, galleries, nightlife and plenty options for transport Our Paddington studio is perfect to suit; A couple, a solo traveller or an astute business person. The apartment is clean, clutter free, comfortable and convenient for all your needs. The space Furnished with designer decor, quality linen, cooking facilities, bathroom essentials, and street parking The apartment is equipped with; Easy access to street parking Posturepedic bed with fresh laundered pressed linen. TV that swivels from the last lounges to the beds. WIFI An electric Heater Cooking facilities Hanging space for a longer stay Bathroom amenities Spare blankets and towels Iron and ironing board Tea and coffee facilities Please note. There is plenty of parking although it's unmetered, it is only 1hour parking. There is lots of streets around that are longer duration of parking the reason being is its 100m off Oxford St. LASTLY; this is a home, not a hotel! we rent our home out for overseas travelers to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer, With that being said please be respectful and mindful that there will be imperfections like any home that is used on a daily basis. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER; general wear and tear, aesthetics within the apartment, furnishings, surrounding noises from the street, passing cars or construction work taking place. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every new visitor and has security lock door for safety. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place and the communal laundry. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience. Other things to note All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you. Registration Details PID-STRA-15657
