The apartment is newly renovated and fitted out with high quality furnishings and is suitable for a wide array of visitors to Perth. All linen and bathroom accessories are provided for you. The apartment is business and family ready. The well fit out kitchen and bathroom is modern and clean. Laundry facilities are provided. There is secure access to the building and apartment. Other things to note Guests must provide photo ID and selfie to host (Qualitystays) as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can upload the photo ID and selfie to the check in form or by sending a message on the booking platform or email us. Guests must not move furniture around. It is expected that the guests will treat the property with respect and care. This includes keeping it clean and tidy, reporting any damages promptly, and leaving the property in the same condition you found it. Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund. If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation. Guests will incur a fee of $100 to replace a key.
