We are on the ground floor of an early twentieth century building in a quiet street in Oltrarno area, in front of the Torrigiani Garden, one of the few large green areas still surviving within the walls, whose astronomical tower can be admired from the windows. Recently renovated and furnished with care, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all the comforts that will make your holiday an experience to tell. The space The apartment is comfortable and welcoming, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Florence. Entering the apartment leads to a small entrance and from here to the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed, TV, a beautiful sideboard, a small bookcase, glass table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, whenever you want. The kitchen leads to the courtyard furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the coolness on hot summer days while sipping a glass of good wine. The apartment also has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, both furnished with a wardrobe, armchairs and chest of drawers. The bathroom with shower completes the apartment. THE DISTRICT We are located in one of the most genuine and “cool” areas of Florence, the Oltrarno, also called the Artisans and Artists district, full of stories to tell and emotions to experience. San Frediano represents the most authentic area of ​​the city, where the old Florentine traditions continue to live with their typical artisan shops, in which you can still see various craftsmen and artists at work. We are a stone's throw from the new Florentine "movida", with its numerous restaurants and trattorias and clubs that animate squares and streets especially in summer with their outdoor tables. Here you can enjoy the best dishes of Tuscan cuisine for both an informal lunch and a romantic dinner. Ideal for couples or families with children, the neighborhood offers everything you may need during your stay. The apartment is provided with automatic access and self check-in system, to make our guests able to unhurriedly arrive whenever they want to, after 3:00 pm, without having to worry about arranging an appointment for the check-in.
