Newly remodeled. Our home is in Sturgis, minutes from the home of the famous Sturgis Rally. We live in a great area in the Black hills because it’s centrally located. A little over an hour to Mt Rushmore, 20 minutes to Deadwood. 25 minutes to Rapid City, minutes to the home of the famous Sturgis rally. 30 minutes to Spearfish and Spearfish Canyon. Hill city is 1 hour away. The Black Hills are beautiful and you’ll get to see it all. See additional photos for nearby sights Guest access Our guests can use the entire house. We have a newly finished basement that has laundry access. We have one acre for our yard, full of mature bushes and trees. We have a 2 car garage that may be shared but can at least be used for one car. Also a new shop which may or may not be shared with guests (This May be negotiated) Dining room/living room combo Closets or wardrobes will have enough room for your clothes. (Rack space and one drawer) Fridge will have enough space for your food Other things to note The bed in the guest room is a daybed with trundle. It is a king bed like that but can be switched to two twin beds instead. Let us know in advance of your stay. Our family room downstairs will have a queen mattress for your stay upon request in advance, otherwise we will leave it as a family room (has sofa and recliner is why I’m mentioning it). Our bathroom downstairs is unfinished We have an outdoor tv screen and projector on the deck with Apple TV upon request
