You'll love the location, new renovations, and easy parking! The beach is an easy 10 minute walk on sidewalks, and Palace Playland and the Pier only a few minutes more. Good for couples, solo and business travelers, families (with kids), and groups. We have two places beside each other ("Garden off Eden - Eve") so book both, invite even more family and friends, and have your own private piece of paradise! Quiet residential neighborhood, not suitable for parties (kegs, drinking games, etc.). The space Two bedroom, one bath, single-story apartment with an easy walk to the beach! Recently renovated and includes a washer and dryer! Our place is close to the beach, the pier, nightlife, public transportation, the city center, and parks. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the location, and the ambiance. Simple but clean and cozy decor finish off this relaxing home. Our place is good for couples, solo and business travelers, families (with kids), and groups as it sleeps 4-5 comfortably in the bedrooms (in addition to a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room). The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and, while our place is perfect for families and small groups, it is not a party house. If you are looking for a place to party (kegs, drinking games, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, etc.) our place will not suit your needs and we respectfully request you seek other accommodations and consider us next time for your family or beach vacation. Window AC unit is installed for July and August and both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. This unit includes 3 off-street parking spaces (no additional or street parking available). There's also a small shared backyard that includes a small grassy area, picnic table, chairs, and a propane grill for your use. Due to owner and guest allergies, out of respect for the neighboring renters, and due to recent renovations and the fully furnished nature of the apartment, we do have a strict no-pet policy. No smoking/vaping/e-cigs, etc. anywhere on the property or in the house (including marijuana products). Due to owner and guest allergies, out of respect for the neighboring renters, and due to recent renovations and the fully furnished nature of the apartment, we do have a strict no-pet policy. All laws and ordinances must be followed, including the city quiet hours of 10pm-7am.
