The villa is in the area of Melissaki, 10 minutes by car from the Port of the island. The house is in a complex with 8 other houses, each one with its own swimming pool and completely independent. Only 60 meters from the villa is a small bay with a platform, where you can dive straight into the crystal clear water and enjoy a refreshing swim. The villa was completely renovated in 2020 and has had an extra guest house added. Outside the villa there is a large terrace with a sea water swimming pool with sunbeds and two umbrellas. Overlooking the pool is the new guest house with a double bed and a sofa bed with an en-suite bathroom. Outside the living room (1st floor)is a large shaded area with a dining table for 8 people with a BBQ. Description of Main house: Three levels. The first floor, which is close to the BBQ area has a living room with a fireplace and a dining area. The living room has two balconies (one with a 2nd dining area) both with sea views. Near the living room is the kitchen and a guest w.c. On the 2nd floor is a bedroom (two single beds) with an en-suite bathroom with a hand held shower (no enclosure). On the ground floor, which comes out on to the swimming pool area, is a large master bedroom with a double bed, a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. On this floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two sets of bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.
