Suited to couples, families, outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers, Dubh Sgeir can accommodate up to five guests across three bedrooms. There is also a family shower room and open plan living space. Patio doors lead out of the living area onto a private balcony, from which you can enjoy a quiet drink, some al fresco dining or simply watching the world go by. The property is ideally suited for outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located opposite the Puffin Dive Centre. Here, you can find SUP’s, snorkelling, scuba try-a-dives and scuba diving. There are also sea angling opportunities within 220 yards. Other activities locally include walking, rambling, bird and wildlife watching, and photography. A local ferry leaves every hour, only 330 yards away, and for very little money takes you to the delightful island of Kerrera. A café, castle and great walks are just minutes’ away, as well as an Iron Age fort and drovers path, which leads from the accommodation to Oban. A ferry from Oban (CalMac) takes car and foot passengers to Mull, making a great day out (book early) seeing Iona, Staffa and Tobermory. Beach 4¼ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
