The space The apartment has been recently renovated to recreate comfortable and cozy spaces, in order to create the conditions of maximum comfort for guests. The special location allows you to fully enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Venice lagoon; the part of the garden that runs along the apartment is exposed to the sun from morning until late afternoon. There is therefore the possibility of sunbathing just two meters from the water of the lagoon! A large bathroom with a whirlpool tub gives a touch of "luxury" to the apartment. The possibility of consuming meals and breakfast in the entrance room, separated from the garden by large windows, makes the Mediterranean colors of the sky and water appear so close, and become a memory that is difficult to erase. Guest access Guests have access to a part of the garden that runs along the apartment, and can use the private docking jetty for a possible arrival and departure by water taxi. The garden is separated from the lagoon by a gate. Other things to note I would like to remind you that, as of this year, the municipality of Venice has introduced an ACCESS CONTRIBUTION of 5 euros per day for each person, for visitors to Venice who are not staying in a tourist facility. As guests of the apartment, you will be entitled to exemption from the payment of the fee, which will therefore not be due from you.
