Kingsbay Bayhouse is an exclusive private waterfront retreat connected to the Kingsbay Mansion by a grand solarium hallway. Inside, a renovated kitchen and a wood-paneled pub-inspired parlor evoke an old-English ambiance, complemented by a dedicated bar room and a spacious great room. Guests have private access to the Bayhouse, its pool, and a dock, with watercraft available on a first-come basis.

Kingsbay Waterfront Properties. The space Kingsbay Bayhouse is an exclusive private waterfront house separated by a 70 foot grand solarium hallway off Kingsbay Mansion, formally referred to, as the West Wing. Recently, a 350 square foot brand new Kitchen renovation was added, completely out fitted with all new state of art appliances and fully stocked with cooking and serving accessories. In addition, there are two sets of free to use, new washers and dryers. Along, with a custom bar room that seats 12, and a Great Room that provides leather recliner(s) theater seating for 15 people at one time and a counter height dining table center, for eight. Complete with built-in book selves all reminiscence of an Old English Hardwood Paneled Pub and Parlor rooms. Guest access You have private access to the Bayhouse and the swimming pool is dedicated to the Bayhouse guest only. There is a dock for use and we allow up to two water crafts at no charge, but we need to understand prior to your visit what type of crafts you will be bring. First come first served.
