Brand New Apartment in a Townhouse with Garden

This is a brand new modern style ground floor apartment in a townhouse with it’s own private entrance and access to backyard garden. Parking space is available on our own private driveway (We provide it without charge, please let us know in advance if you need it). Free street parking is available around the neighborhood as well. The apartment is equipped with smart lock system for self check in and check out, Wi-Fi internet and 4K HDR TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and Disney+. The space It can accommodate up to 4 people. In the bedroom, we have 1 bed (queen size) that sleeps 2 adults and 1 sofa bed (full size) that sleeps 2 adults. The sofa bed is made by the mattress company, Serta, and it’s designed to be versatile, it can easily be converted to a sofa, a lounger and a full size bed, it goes from day to night in an instant. We provide extra pillows and blankets for these beds, so you can use them with maximum comfort. Guest access Guests will have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves that’s accessible via private entrance. Our shared backyard garden is open during Spring and Summer, guests can access it via back door and we have access via our deck. Other things to note *This is a family oriented neighborhood and it is very quiet. Our neighbors are respectable elderly and children that wake up early. *Parties, social gatherings, photoshoots are not allowed. *If you tend to be loud and make a lot of noise after 10PM then this apartment is not suitable for you.
