Just 1 minute walk to Cook shops and bus stop. 10 minutes walk to Jamison Plaza (Large shopping centre with Aldi and Coles supermarkets) 5 mins drive to Univesity of Canberra, Calvary Hospital and Belconnen Town Centre. 10 min drive to ANU and Civic. Guest access Has a quality Queen size bed with Sleepmaker mattress and brand new double leather sofa that converts to a bed in the bedroom plus a fold-away bed can be set up in the lounge room if needed.
