We’re optimized for families, corporate, wellness, and art retreats, and are a 20-minute drive to Bethel Woods. Open to small weddings. Amenities: YEAR-ROUND hot tub, wood sauna, swimming pond, and Zen Garden, 600mb wifi. Barn has a 2k sq ft event space, gym, movie theater, and epic stereo! Doesn’t include music studio; by request only. The space 3 separate houses, including a vast 2,400 sq’ barn loft rec room, lush and ample seating areas, four kitchens, 8 beautiful bedrooms, and 13 comfy beds, 6.5 baths, full bar... this is lux farm living! A short drive from Bethel Woods! ROOM, BED, BATHROOM BREAKDOWN: Farmhouse Bedrooms: 1 x (1) King w/ full bath, 1 x (1) King, 1 x (2) Twin w/ half bath, (second floor) / 1 x Twin, 1 Full shared bath Barn Bedrooms: 1 x (1) King w/ full bath, 1 x (1) King, 1 x (4) Twin, 1 full shared bath all on the ground floor Guest House Bed Rooms: 1 x (1) King w/ full bath (two floors) Guest access Farm House, Guest House, Barn, and all amenities including hot tub, sauna, and pond. *The Hot tub is NOW OPEN YEAR ROUND!!! :) Our standard fees include 16 people sleeping max with a 50$ per person per night over 16 with a 22-person total limit--we can be a bit more flexible with counting kids. Other things to note Our home is not a place to throw a rager. Beer pong is not our vibe. WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY Silent G is deep in the Catskills, where Winter weather and temperatures can be quite challenging. Our property is located up a hill, and we strongly recommend using four-wheel or Front Wheel Drive cars that are designed to handle winter travel. We thoroughly plow and shovel the Farmhouse and Barn walkways, but do not make a path to the Guest House, which sits atop another hill. If you're staying in the Guest House in the Winter, please be prepared to make the short walk in what could be snow. Boots, jackets, scarves, and hats are all recommended. We do everything we can to mitigate the effects of the season, but when temperatures drop into single digits, it becomes even more challenging to do so.
