Thank you for visiting our facility's page among the many facilities available. It opened around mid-October 2020. We strive to create facilities and atmospheres where you can spend extraordinary moments in a limited time. If you're lucky, you might even see wildlife at night. We want each person to spend their own time, so we don't have a TV. There is a projector on the 2nd floor, and you can watch Netflix for free if you log in as a guest. (There are other apps, so please try them) The LDK has modern furniture and a wood stove, so you can enjoy the changing seasons while experiencing the warmth and heat of the fire. You can also enjoy BBQ while experiencing nature. Kawaguchiko Park, with its outdoor artist live theater, swimming pool, gymnasium, grounds and lawn plaza, tennis courts, golf courses, and convenience stores, is all within walking distance. Tennis Forest Kawaguchiko rents coats and equipment, which you can use before C-INN and after C-OUT. Please contact Tennis Forest in advance if you'd like to use it, as it is a reservation system. The space 1st floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, Japanese-style room (2 futons), toilet, washroom, bathroom, terrace 2nd floor: multipurpose hall, bedroom (4 beds), terrace Guest access There is a designated parking space for each guest on the premises, so please use it. There is a forest road, so I think you can walk there. Entering the woods outside the premises and entering the premises of private homes is prohibited. Other things to note Key handover and return method: We will let you know the room number and the key box number at the entrance on the day of your arrival. If you've paid in advance, we may not provide in-person guidance. Please put the key back in the lockbox when you leave. * This facility is unattended. The following text is intended to help all guests have a comfortable stay, and while it may seem cumbersome, please be sure to read it through to the end and observe it. Firewood stove rules: There is a ScanSum wood stove installed. There is no charge for use. (In the unlikely event of an injury, please note that you will be responsible for it. It may not be available at certain times) I think you can enjoy about 2 hours with a set of firewood, igniters, and a bundle of firewood. I think it will be difficult to light the fire, but I hope you will enjoy the experience, including the time it takes to light it. (Manual available) Once the stove warms up, it will warm the inside of the room as well as the core of the body with far-infrared effect, so please take this opportunity to use it. Additional firewood is 500 yen per bundle Please refrain from bringing your own firewood. (If we find out that it was used incorrectly and caused the malfunction, you will be fined) BBQ Rules: There is a 3,000 yen fee for using the BBQ grill. Please let me know in advance for preparation purposes. (Please note that depending on the weather, such as rain, strong winds, lightning, or typhoons, BBQ may not be available even immediately before the day.) The stove is ignited with LP gas, so it doesn't take time to prepare charcoal and light the fire, so just bring your ingredients and liquid seasonings and enjoy the BBQ. (As a general rule, BBQs must be finished by 9 pm. Please enjoy yourself within reason, such as noise, so as not to disturb neighbors and other guests) For guests who cook for themselves other than BBQ, we have some cooking utensils and dishes, so you don't need to bring them. BBQ equipment includes: BBQ grill, chairs for the number of people, table, tongs, paper plates, and chopsticks You cannot use firearms other than the rented BBQ. (Bring your own grill, charcoal, shichirin, etc.) Room rules: Please be considerate of other guests and keep the facility clean. Please turn off the air conditioner and lights at checkout, and put all the trash in the building together. (Including toilets and sinks) Shoes are strictly prohibited (including on the terrace) No smoking in the building Absolutely no use of fire in the building. Mosquito coils cannot be used because the smell cannot be removed and the fire is dangerous. If necessary, please use a spray type (spray that kills insects, etc.) No tools other than those provided, such as hot plates, stoves, or indoor playground equipment that may cause damage to the building. (If there is something you really want to bring, please consult with us in advance.) If the building or equipment is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the repair costs. Please let us know at checkout if you find any damage or contamination. Equipment in the building cannot be taken home. If you accidentally take it home, you will be responsible for the cost of repurchasing it. If you stain the bedding or building furniture with dirt, we will charge you the cleaning fee later. Visitors other than registered guests are not allowed in the building. (There are security cameras. If we receive a false report, we will charge a penalty. In particularly malicious cases, we will report to the police. Please be quiet after 10 pm as there are neighbors. Please put garbage in the trash cans. If the room becomes filled with garbage, please put it in the spare garbage bags. Cardboard waste cannot be collected. Please dispose of it yourself. You are responsible for managing your valuables. Please refrain from eating and drinking on the bed. Please turn off the air conditioner and lights at checkout, lock the door, and exit. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Please be sure to strictly observe the time. Please note that if you check in before 3 pm or stay after 10 am, you will be charged an additional fee. (The cleaning staff will ask you to leave as soon as they finish cleaning.)Please let me know in advance if you want early check-in or late check-out, as it may be available depending on the schedule. Cancellation policy: During special busy periods such as the end of the year and New Year holidays (12/25-1303), Golden Week (0424-0507), and the Obon period (0813-0821), as well as three or more consecutive holidays, we will charge a cancellation fee according to our own cancellation policy, separate from the usual cancellation policy. For 3 consecutive holidays, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation fee from 0: 00 two weeks before check-in, and for the period around the New Year's holiday, Golden Week, and Obon, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation fee from 0: 00 one month before the check-in date. There is a full cancellation fee for cancellations made 5 days or less before check-in. Please check before you book, so please contact us if you plan to book during busy periods.
