The vacation home is a modern townhouse in typical East Frisian style. Directly in front of the house is the Old Dyke of Neßmersiel. It offers space for six people on approx. 76 m². The building was completed in 2004 and is located on a plot of about 900 m², directly on the old dyke with unobstructed views of the Wadden Sea and the offshore islands. A beautiful south-facing terrace with a sun awning and a large garden invite you to sunbathe. For your (beach) excursions, a foldable wagon per unit is available free of charge. Sauna "WellnessOase" is a 5-minute walk away (sauna for a fee). The village center (shopping, restaurants, tea rooms) is about 5 minutes and about 20 minutes to the swimming beach in Neßmersiel. A bike and goat rental is around the corner. We are happy to provide a cot, high chair and fall-out protection. Pets are not allowed to provide a suitable recreation environment for allergy sufferers. It offers space for six people on approx. 76 m² each.
