Conditions APPLY! Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of rental ( without refund) and loss of bond. Please keep the noise down after hours as the neighbours are locals. Immediate departure for overcrowding and if neighbours complain. GREAT OUTDOOR ROOM! The photos do not do it justice. CHECKOUT INFORMATION 10am checkout TO AVOID EXTRA CLEANING FEES we Appreciate if you could ensure you put everything away after use and leave it the way it was upon arrival. *EXTRA CLEANING FEE is $75 per hour * All dishes are WASHED , Clean & Dry of water and put away. * BBQ IS CLEANED of food and fat oils after use. * All rubbish removed to outside bins. Please recycle ♻️ NO PLASTIC BAGS in YELLOW BIN outside otherwise bins will not be picked up. * If Bins are FULL.... Please bag and leave under the Verandah so the birds don’t get to it. * LEAVE beds as they are as we will remove linen. * Bath towels in the laundry. * TURN OFF Heating / Cooling * Leave BeachHouse UNLOCKED * Leave keys on kitchen bench. * If any “special cleaning requirements “ are needed, it will be your responsibility and you may be charged. Send me a text once you’ve left. Thanks Helen 💕 Guest access 24 hour key lock access. Usually check in is anytime unless we have a departure and arrival on the same day. In this case, I will need 2 hours to ensure home is in perfect clean order for your stay. I will communicate time arrival if this is the case. Other things to note Keep the place clean and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. All dishes to be washed and put away. Upon departure all rubbish is to be removed from the house and placed in the outside bins. Please recycle properly. Not plastic bags in recycle bin. Rubbish collection is Tuesday morning. Please take bins out upon departure. The cleaning fee charged for your stay is for a BASIC clean - clean linen provided/ clean bath towels provided/ bathrooms and toilets cleaned and sanitised / floors vacuumed and moped. EXTRA cleaning will incur @ $75 per hour.
